Starting as a Relief Manager in 2010, he rose through the ranks to District Manager at NSA Storage, overseeing 23 facilities across Colorado and leading 13 acquisitions in states like Florida and Texas. He managed a $115M portfolio with over 1,380,000 NRSF. In 2024, he joined BestBox Storage to manage new ground-up developments in Colorado and Montana. Known for his operational expertise, leadership, and love for the industry, Deon is a powerhouse at StorageLife—helping members master facility operations and scale with real-world systems that deliver results.
