With 5 years of hands-on experience, Cameron has guided countless investors toward their first—and next—successful deals. His expertise in finding off- market opportunities and creating actionable strategies is the foundation of StorageLife. Cameron’s mission? del Rosario-Barsanti

Cristina del Rosario-Barsanti is the Co-Founder and COO of StorageLife. Cristina was born and raised on the island of Guam, and earned her Bachelor's in Accounting at UC Santa Barbara, and Master's in Business Taxation at the University of Southern California. Cristina is a CPA with over 16 years of service in the private and public sectors. She left her auditing and financial investigations career with Los Angeles County in 2022 to pursue real estate entrepreneurship and self storage investing full time.
With a passion for helping other build wealth and attain financial freedom, Cristina continues to bring value to the StorageLife and REI community by sharing her knowledge on personal finance and wealth management, asset protection, and tax strategies for real estate investors.
Jordan Brown

Jordan brings over six years of experience managing a $20M self-storage portfolio. His expertise lies in raising capital, deal analysis, data-driven marketing and operational strategies, and value-add strategy, including expansion and conversion. Jordan has worked with investors at every stage, helping them move from uncertainty to confidently closing deals. At StorageLife, Jordan ensures that every member receives the personalized attention and practical tools to succeed.
Deon Ramirez

Deon Ramirez brings over 15 years of deep, boots-on-the-ground experience in self-storage. Starting as a Relief Manager in 2010, he rose through the ranks to District Manager at NSA Storage, overseeing 23 facilities across Colorado and leading 13 acquisitions in states like Florida and Texas. He managed a $115M portfolio with over 1,380,000 NRSF. In 2024, he joined BestBox Storage to manage new ground-up developments in Colorado and Montana. Known for his operational expertise, leadership, and love for the industry, Deon is a powerhouse at StorageLife—helping members master facility operations and scale with real-world systems that deliver results.
Evan Kuterbach

Evan is an active owner-operator of his first self-storage facility in Wichita, Kansas. With over 10 years of experience in marketing and sales, he also built his own marketing agency before joining StorageLife. As Director of Enrollment and a dedicated member of the community, Evan helps new investors and members understand how to start and scale within self-storage.
